Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advancement Officer to join our team at Restore Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and coordinating various activities related to advancement and alumni relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Advancement and Alumni Relations: Coordinate and oversee various activities related to advancement and alumni relations, including events, meetings, and communications.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising staff, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, faculty, students, and alumni.
  • Financial Management: Manage the office budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Professional Development: Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, public administration, or communication.
  • Experience: At least 35 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in administrative support, advancement, and alumni relations.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff from a diverse community. Ability to create, compose, and edit correspondence and other written materials. Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide guidance to staff members in other offices.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: The position is normally performed in a typical interior work environment, with no unpleasant elements.
  • On-Call Responsibilities: The position may entail work after duty hours, on weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations.
