  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
  • Reporting: Accurately report all financial transactions and sales data as required.
  • Operations: Ensure that all operations are running smoothly, and that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to work in other outlets or on new assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury hotel environment or high-end restaurant.
  • Personality: Engaging and approachable personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Excellent English language skills, with additional language skills (e.g. Arabic) an advantage.
