Key Responsibilities:- Manage Correspondence and Communication: Coordinate and respond to all correspondence, including emails, letters, and other written communications, in a timely and professional manner.
- Screen and Direct Calls: Handle incoming phone calls, screening and directing them as necessary to ensure efficient communication and minimize disruptions.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Calendar Management: Maintain the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended by the Managing Director, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and team members to gather information, facilitate communication, and support the Managing Director's initiatives.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with the utmost care and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
