Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Leadership Development Intern to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and supporting the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service and Front Office Operations
    • Assist with guest registration, room assignments, and special requests
    • Provide personalized service to each guest, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Hotel Operations and Administration
    • Assist with preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations
    • Coordinate room status updates with the Housekeeping department
    • Establish invoices at guest departure, including room charges, meals, and other services
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Develop a working knowledge of our hotel's Property Management System
    • Understand and operate our hotel's reservation procedures
    • Know room locations, types, and rates, as well as other hotel services
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping and Reservations
    • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
