We are looking for a dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Client of Talentmate. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This individual will also play a key role in ensuring that our employees feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential, while driving our company's growth and success through effective HR strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction.
  • HR Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Manage employee performance reviews and create development plans to promote career growth.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs and review and negotiate terms with vendors to ensure the best packages for our employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
  • HRIS: Implement and maintain HRIS systems and utilize data to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and coordinate with managers to provide learning opportunities for employees.
  • HR Policies: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that support company growth and employee development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
