About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Experience and Engagement Professional to join our team at Micah Solutions FZE. This individual will play a key role in creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and driving business results through innovative and effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews, using effective time-management skills and attention to detail, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to onboarding processes by preparing comprehensive orientation materials and facilitating engaging new hire orientation sessions, promoting a positive employee experience and culture, and helping new hires get settled into their roles quickly and easily.
  • Assist with payroll processing and guarantee accurate documentation for timely payroll submissions, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail, and collaborating with finance teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs for employees, fostering growth and development within the organization, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement, and identifying opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing clear guidance and support, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, and escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Collaborate in organizing HR events, workshops, and employee engagement activities that promote a positive work environment, showcasing creativity and initiative, and contributing to a sense of community and belonging among employees.
  • Participate in the maintenance of HR policies and employee handbook updates, ensuring compliance and effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with prior experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, utilizing effective tools and resources, and adhering to deadlines and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, with a strong focus on building relationships and trust.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, demonstrating flexibility and openness to change, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, adhering to data protection protocols, and maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field, with a passion for delivering exceptional results, demonstrating enthusiasm and energy, and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
