  6. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in the HR landscape.
  7. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  8. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all employee experience matters.
