  5. Organize and facilitate employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and events to boost engagement and camaraderie.
  6. Provide support and resources for managers to improve team engagement and communication.
  7. Communicate with employees about engagement initiatives, encouraging participation and gathering feedback.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies and programs, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development. Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and creative problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
