As a key member of the Majid Al Futtaim Retail team, the Strategic Communications Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global communications strategy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Global Communications Strategy: Collaborate with the Corporate Head Office to develop a comprehensive global communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead Communications Team: Oversee and guide a team of communications professionals to ensure seamless execution of global communications initiatives.
  • Develop Communication Collateral: Create and maintain a library of communication collateral, including templates, guidelines, and best practices, to ensure consistency and quality in all communications activities.
  • Track and Report Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure the success of global communications initiatives.
  • Provide Counsel and Guidance: Offer expert counsel and guidance to in-market communications colleagues to ensure alignment with global communications strategies and standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated communications across all channels and functions.
  • Issue and Crisis Communications Management: Develop and maintain crisis communications strategies and playbooks, and provide training and support to communications managers and leaders.
