Position Overview:

Precision Hire Solution is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of our esteemed educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Human Resources:

  • Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer to manage work visa, labor card, and medical insurance processes.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials and records, ensuring compliance with renewal timelines.
  • Facilitate course bookings for staff and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Organize logistics for school trips, including transportation and ticketing.
  • Manage the procurement of office and educational supplies.
  • Oversee inventory management and the acquisition of new resources.
  • Collaborate with IT technicians on any technical issues or modifications.

Admissions & Student Management:

  • Work alongside Communications and Finance Coordinators to streamline the registration and admissions process.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for students and parents.
  • Generate and maintain student reports in collaboration with teachers.
  • Ensure all communication and curriculum documentation is organized and up to date.
