Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner - Recruitment to join our team at Kershaw Leonard. Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent from within the market place in a cost-effective manner.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers and HODs to complete detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  3. Develop and agree sourcing strategies for each role recruited, ensuring all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorization, sourcing channels, and processes.
  4. Manage our presence on job boards, ensuring maximum effectiveness and value for money.
  5. Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements, and develop innovative sourcing options, including networking, headhunting, and building talent pools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • English fluency is essential, Arabic fluency will be preferred.
  • KSA, UAE, and Egypt experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Educated to a degree level in HR or related discipline.
  • Experience of both Agency and In-House recruitment preferably gained in a professional services environment.
  • Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies, including E-media, networking, advertising, and database searching.
  • Expertise in writing job descriptions.
  • Well-versed with GCC Labour Laws.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize workload, and manage changing situations.
  • Confident, credible, and reliable, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
