Senior Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and schedule the CEO's calendar, ensuring timely meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communications Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing urgency and response time.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas and briefs to ensure the CEO's preparedness for all engagements.
- Expense and Budget Management: Manage and submit expense reports to the company intranet, maintaining accuracy and timely uploads.
- Performance Support: Provide strategic support to the CEO, challenging OKRs and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
