Job Title: Property Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Sales Consultant to join our team at Openhomegroup. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for selling luxury properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Property Showings and Leasing: Showcase luxury properties to potential clients, answer questions, and prepare lease agreements.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee financial procedures, including renter income verification, monthly payments, and default protocols.
  4. Organizational Systems: Create and maintain accurate record-keeping systems, efficient financial transactions, and prompt renter complaint resolution.
  5. Communication and Reporting: Handle high-volume voice and email communications, process accounts payable, and maintain timely and accurate reports.
  6. Support to Managers: Provide support to managers and perform other office duties as needed.

  2. Previous Experience: Previous experience in office administration and property management is required.
