Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform field engineering assignments related to hard and soft landscaping works, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  2. Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and technical submittals to ensure constructability and quality.
  3. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to select materials and obtain necessary approvals.
  4. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure installations meet industry standards and project requirements.
  5. Provide technical assistance to construction personnel and resolve engineering problems.
  6. Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
  7. Maintain liaison with design engineering staff and monitor project schedules.
  8. Ensure tests and inspections are performed and documented in accordance with approved procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Agricultural, or Landscape Engineering from an accredited university.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in landscaping, hardscape, softscape, recreational, and irrigation work, particularly in the UAE or GCC countries.
  3. Fundamental knowledge of engineering and construction processes, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
  4. Construction Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability expertise.
  5. International and local authority standards and statutory requirements in the field of specialization.
