About the Role

This Director position will lead the development of strategic marketing initiatives for Foodservice, Retail, and Reuse, creating 1-3 year plans for accelerated growth and helping create a company-wide reuse strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in Foodservice and Retail
  • Creating and managing business cases to support annual plans and goals
  • Leading category management capabilities to understand target markets and opportunities
  • Developing and implementing market and consumer analytics to support strategies and commercial planning
  • Overseeing commercial operations for Foodservice and Retail, including pipeline management, account planning, and demand forecasting
  • Ensuring the development and implementation of category plans and strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales, marketing, and strategy development in accelerated business development environments
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience leading effective teams with a growth mindset
