Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their productivity goals. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all sales representatives have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.

Key Tasks:
  • Appointment Scheduling: You will be responsible for contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring that all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support materials.
  • Urgent Calls and Messages: You will handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Order Handling: You will handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check that they have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Order Processing: You will input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: You will develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Staff Management: You will hire and train sales staff and ensure that staff meets their quotas and goals.
  • Budget Management: You will manage budgets for expenses like bonuses, marketing, and travel.
  • Customer Attraction: You will make the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Compliance: You will ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
