Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership Skills: Motivate your team, work with them to set and meet sales goals, manage, hire, and motivate the team to achieve success.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Analyze sales numbers, identify weaknesses in the system, and report these to management, build the sales process to increase effectiveness.
  • Salesmanship: Prospecting and qualifying leads, building relationships, and following up on new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant sales working experience (Startup or logistics industry preferred).
  • Native or proficient in Urdu speaking, reading, writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take accountability.
  • Fluent in English.
