About the Role
The Senior Manager position is a key leadership role that requires a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of data science and its application in logistics operations. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in designing and implementing data science projects that have a significant impact on logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product teams, senior marketing, and partner growth leadership to ensure seamless integration of the data value chain. In addition, you will mentor and develop a highly skilled team of data scientists and data analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing data teams or operations, is required. Proven leadership ability, exceptional collaboration and communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability are also essential.
