Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively manage working relationships with existing partners (banks, card schemes, alternative payment methods, and third-party providers).
  2. Maintain and enhance Amazon Payments standard operating procedures with partners.
  3. Follow up and resolve day-to-day operational and business escalations.
  4. Negotiate preferential commercial agreements and improve the cost of payment with partners.
  5. Liaise with product, operation, and business teams to enhance user experience with technical providers and financial institutions.
  6. Setup and conduct workshops and training sessions with associated partners.
  7. Work closely with the legal team to optimize partnership agreements and lead effective negotiations.
  8. Propose automation procedures, customizable solutions, and substitute manual processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have 2+ years of professional or military experience, 2+ years of generating new opportunities with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through entire sales cycles, and 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics. A Bachelor's degree is required, with experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
