About the Job

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Yardi, you will use your expertise to identify and develop strong relationships with key decision makers, understanding business needs for every prospect or client assigned. You will conduct in-person or web meetings to deliver product demonstrations, execute full sales cycles, and utilize our CRM diligently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Heavily prospect, research, identify, and qualify sales opportunities for an assignment territory.
  2. Develop deep relationships with all key decision makers and understand business needs for every prospect or client.
  3. Conduct monthly in-person or web meetings with executive leadership to deliver roadshow or product demonstrations.
  4. Execute full sales cycles, including lead-generation; discovery and goal-setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning; RFP management; contract negotiating; licensing files and closing.
  5. Utilize internal CRM to record new prospects, client activities, sales opportunities, and forecasts.
  6. Participate in marketing events to promote Yardi Systems and our products/services.
  7. Review individual account and pipeline reports weekly, performance reports monthly, and meet with management monthly to verify execution of sales strategy within the assigned territory.
