Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the reservation system and guest information for upcoming meal services.
  • Inform management of significant group bookings or special requests, including VIP arrangements.
  • Equitably distribute reservations among servers, ensuring they are informed of any special occasions or unique requests.
  • Allocate reservations according to the established floor plan.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a friendly and informative demeanor.
  • Ensure the phone is answered within three rings.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding inquiries, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the menu and offerings.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage options, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.
  • Assist servers and runners as needed, understanding their roles within the establishment.
  • Maintain awareness of general information about the local area.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
