Job Title: Guest Services Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Executive to join our team at JUMEIRAH. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service Delivery: Ensure that all guests and members receive a warm and welcoming experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and calm manner, gathering all necessary information and communicating issues to management.
  • Booking and Inventory Management: Manage bookings and appointments, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure that all necessary equipment is available for guests and members.
  • Reception Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, handle all internal and external calls, and provide relevant information and call forwarding as needed.
  • Sales and Revenue: Sell products and merchandise, handle all payments, and maintain accurate sales records and cash floats.
  • Membership and Security: Manage membership applications, monitor membership expiry, and produce membership status reports. Inspect guests entering facilities and communicate with security as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounts team to correct inaccurate bill postings, and be aware of ongoing promotions within the department to share with the team.
  • Lost and Found: Handle lost and found items and hand them over to security.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
