  • Oversight of Accounts Receivable: Manage and supervise all functions related to accounts receivable, ensuring the precise and prompt processing of invoices and payments.
  • Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile customer accounts, swiftly identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and facilitate timely payments from customers.
  • Aging Reports: Generate and analyze aging reports to effectively track and manage outstanding balances.
  • Collection Activities: Initiate collection efforts, including reaching out to customers for payment and negotiating payment plans when necessary.
