Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bella Roma Specialty Hospital. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Greeting and Direction: Greet and direct patients and visitors to the appropriate location and services, ensuring a courteous and helpful experience.
  • Registration and Medical Records: Register patients according to hospital protocols, maintain accurate medical records, and report statistics as required.
  • Administrative Support: Provide word-processing and secretarial support, file and complete medical reports and forms, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Front Desk Operations: Organize and maintain forms and office stationery, distribute information via post, courier, and email, and ensure the reception area is ready for each working day.
  • Financial Transactions: Review and verify patient charges, determine financial status, and assist with completing forms and documents.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs, attend in-house trainings, and understand and comply with hospital-wide quality, risk management, and safety programs.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Answer patient queries, call back patients for follow-up, book patients for surgery, and attend to patient concerns.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records and performing administrative tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a team-oriented approach to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve hospital goals.
