Job Summary:

Nooora Beauty Concierge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  3. Sales Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients, driving revenue growth.
  4. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through open and interactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
  6. Communication: Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions.
  7. Customer Engagement: Go above and beyond to engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota.
  2. Phone Handling: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  5. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  6. Residency: Knowledge of locations in Dubai, with at least 4-5 years of residency in Dubai.

Salary: AED 3,500.00 per month
