Job Summary

At AWJ, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Communication: Respond to client calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall performance.
  5. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools, with strong typing skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
