Sales and Business Development Professional

Sundus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
This role requires a proven track record in sales, preferably in the outsourcing or recruitment services industry, with a minimum of 2 – 5 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. They will also be required to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends, and prepare regular sales and account performance reports.
The company offers a contract employment type, mid-senior level position, and human resources services as part of its industries.
