Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a National Account Manager - Equipment Rental. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing rental revenue from national accounts, managing rental performance against agreed KPIs and targets, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow rental revenue from national accounts by identifying opportunities and creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage personal rental performance based on agreed KPIs and targets, ensuring timely delivery of projects and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs, market developments, and opportunities to anticipate and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Create and execute project plans for rental activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and efficient operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and partners, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete management information and reports, including historical rental data and forecasts, to support business decision-making.
  • Implement company initiatives and contribute to the professionalization of the equipment rental process, leveraging CRM systems and key account management tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support marketing efforts in the implementation of company marketing plans, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date commercial skills, market knowledge, and product expertise, representing the company at fairs, trade shows, and other relevant events.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
