Business Development Role
Rashmi Metaliks is a prominent player in the UAE's pipe manufacturing industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales and market expansion in the infrastructure, water supply, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong technical understanding of piping systems, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for DI, GRV, HDPE, and OPVC pipes.
  • Pursue new business opportunities in the UAE infrastructure, water supply, and industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, municipalities, government bodies, and industrial clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in DI, GRP, HDPE, or OPVC pipes within the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of pipe specifications, applications, and benefits in water infrastructure, construction, and industrial projects.
