
Administrative Operations Specialist

- 2+ years' experience inPKI operations &administration
- Experience with PKIimplementation and certificate lifecycle managementsolutions.
- Experience with hardware securitymodule (HSM), experience with Safenet HSMs ispreferred.
- Experience with hands-on PKIproducts such as Entrust and Ascertia is aplus
- Experience in monitoring highly critical,security-sensitive environments is aplus
- Knowledge of access management processesand user account life cycles
- Strongdocumentation skills
- Experience with changemanagement and testing software changes andimplementations
- Knowledge and understanding ofoperating principles, practices, and procedures within an area ofbusiness specialty
- Strong track record ofunderstanding and interest in current and emerging technologiesdemonstrated through training, job experience and/or industryactivities
- Strong team player –collaborates well with others to solve problems and activelyincorporates input from various sources
- Stronganalytical skills – strong problem-solving skills,communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectivelyevaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstaclesand develops plans to resolve
- Change oriented– actively generates process improvements; supports anddrives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creativeways
