We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join our IT team. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, managing IT service requests, and assisting with IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users, resolving their technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage IT service requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist with IT projects across various functions, contributing to the successful completion of multiple initiatives.
- Cordinate IT activities, ensuring well-organized and smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Support project leads with technical expertise and assistance to facilitate project success.
- Maintain IT documentation, keeping records of IT processes, procedures, and configurations up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
