We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join our IT team. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, managing IT service requests, and assisting with IT projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end users, resolving their technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage IT service requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist with IT projects across various functions, contributing to the successful completion of multiple initiatives.
  • Cordinate IT activities, ensuring well-organized and smooth execution of tasks and projects.
  • Support project leads with technical expertise and assistance to facilitate project success.
  • Maintain IT documentation, keeping records of IT processes, procedures, and configurations up-to-date.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
