Whatyou will bedoing:

  • Onboarding
  1. Actas ALL referent & single point of contact for Ennismore inthe Middle East.
  2. Train hotels upon opening andcontinuously to ensure the successful implementation of ALL:knowledge of the program processes andtools.
  • Support
  1. SupportMiddle East hotels answering operational questions &liaising with hotel support team in charge of daily problem solving(Hotel Helpdesk)
  2. Monitor ALL KPIs engage withhotels & staff & set action plans in order toachieve targets & ensure operationalexcellence
  3. Supervise system configuration andconnectivity actions particularly for hotels entering and exitingtheprogram
  • Coordination
  1. Liaisewith marketing operations and hotel teams to identify country orbrandspecific opportunities andchallenges
  2. Facilitate the deployment of newprogram development projects according to the guidelines of the ALLglobal teams.
  3. Collaborate with CustomerExperience teams to ensure the best stay experience for ALL membersbased on their loyaltystatus.

Mainchallenges:

  • One commonLoyalty program for more than 45 brands from Lux. toEco.
  • Faster development (hotel openings) thanthe rest of the group

Qualifications:

Your experience and skillsinclude:

Master degree (business school orhospitality management school)
35 yrs. experience inMarketing hospitality or guest experience
A fieldexperience in hospitality operations is aplus

Communication skills: written and spoken.Fluent English.
