IT Facility Operations Manager

- Regularly monitor all components of IT Infrastructure in all facilities where IT equipment is installed and take corrective action wherever necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage the OLA to ensure that all corrective and preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per the schedule, quality & safety requirements.
- Liaise with IT Helpdesk staff in communicating with end users regarding planned and unplanned system outages, critical incident reports, etc.
- Manage system backups as per defined procedures and frequencies; Conduct periodic checks to restore backup data to test integrity of backups; Maintain records of backup tapes moved between locations.
A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
