CoreResponsibilities
- Handlingof the WM Investments Helpdesk
- Receipt andprocessing of the Investment Subscription and Redemption documentsfor all investment products in Wealth Management system (alpha) andprovider websites (SNG).
- Trade Processing TradeSettlements Input of Manual Trades and otherexceptions.
- Client Import in Alpha(SNG)
- Input of Investment Cash AccountOpening/Closure Portfolio Creation/Closure and Account Maintenanceactivities
- Mapping the RM to the concernedclients in Citrix. (SNG)
- Call back validationfor deals (SNG)
- Price Feed upload in Alpha(SNG)
- IPO/New Issuanceprocessing.
- Funds transfer to Providers forOther Products & Mutual Funds.
- AdvisoryCash Account transfers and funds block/unblock inT24.
- AMC Maker on Alpha(SNG)
- Liaise with the various units like CreditAdmin / TED / Private Banking Operations / FCIS/ TransactionBanking Operations / Compliance for the processingactivities.
- Participate in all processimprovement initiatives to bring efficiency andeffectiveness
- Additional tasks assigned by theDepartmentSupervisor/Manager.
InternalCollaboration
- Developpositive relationships with interconnected departments (PBCADProducts IT Sales Coordinators) in order to provide better serviceand meet customer expectations
