Key Responsibilities- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the selection process, and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This includes proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, and other channels.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and securing job offers. Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Candidate Evaluation and Feedback: Conduct thorough screenings, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Provide feedback to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability and arrange candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate sourcing methodologies.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance candidate pipelines and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Employer Branding and Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, policies, and procedures, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
