Job Description

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of key accounts to ensure continued business growth and revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi's products and services to effectively sell to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and business plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and business processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a hospitality or related industry.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
