The Job

\

We are seeking an experienced individual who can research, develop, maintain & grow relations with potential businesses and turn them into our clients. You'll be responsible for creating and executing a creative, data-led growth strategy for channels including email, phone calls, virtual/ in-person meetings.

\

You will work closely with internal teams across the company to develop compelling proposals that lay down the foundation of your pitch, tell a story, and create meaningful engagement with other parties.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Review client briefs and decode them with the team.
  • Build relationships with clients, understand their business & growth plans, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of information received and to be shared.
  • Collaborate with functional team members to ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery.
  • Participate in presentations for client meetings and/or internal meetings.
  • Pitch our services to potential clients.
  • Maintain the highest standard of professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or similar role.
  • Proficient in technology and able to solve problems and analyse data.
  • Possess a keen sense of opportunity.
  • Passionate about research and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Able to apply relevant metrics to analyse markets.
  • Well-organised, with ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Committed to learning and self-improvement.
  • Effective planning & brainstorming skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills required.
  • Digital marketing knowledge preferred.
