Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment
  • Welcome and register guests, answer questions, and provide information about the hostel and surrounding area
  • Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a harmonious and inclusive atmosphere for all residents
  • Ensure adherence to hostel policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular room checks and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff
  • Contribute to a positive and vibrant hostel community

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role (experience in a hostel environment is a plus)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST
  • A positive, friendly, and drama-free personality with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment
