About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our multi-boutique studio team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Management & Promotion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and studio growth.
  • Establish and manage budgets, forecasting, and sales targets.
  • Execute events and marketing campaigns to maximize brand exposure.

People Management:

  • Build, manage, and nurture a high-performing team through training and performance management.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in managing direct reports and ensuring they meet their responsibilities.

Customer Service:

  • Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Support the team in delivering a world-class experience to our members, resolving customer issues and complaints when necessary.

Sales Management:

  • Drive a sales ethos to deliver targets and exceptional customer experiences across the studio and its offerings.
  • Coach the team to deliver on studio financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop strategies to engage members with ancillary service lines.
  • Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners to enhance studio offerings and opportunities.

About You:

We are looking for a strong team leader with excellent communication skills, strategic, financial, and commercial acumen. You should be organized, hardworking, and attention to detail is essential. You must be motivated and driven, with a passion for fitness as a product and service.

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience in business management or a similar role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a budget, tracking sales and costs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams.
