About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at NMC Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

Design and implement effective marketing plans to meet customer needs and drive business growth. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing targeted campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversion.

Manage Campaigns from Start to Finish

Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including budgeting, tracking performance, and analyzing results. This will involve working closely with internal teams to develop promotional materials, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Create Strategies for Increasing Customer Engagement

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement through digital marketing platforms. This will involve creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and analyzing customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.

Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create promotional materials such as videos, graphics, web content, and emails to support marketing campaigns. This will involve working closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Monitor Competitor Activity

Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying gaps in the market, and developing counter strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Track Marketing Performance

Track marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics. This will involve analyzing data to inform marketing decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize campaign performance.

Present Findings to Senior Management

Present findings from analytics data to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Assist in the Development of Marketing Plans

Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Monitor Customer Trends

Monitor customer trends and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing decisions. This will involve identifying areas for improvement, developing targeted campaigns, and optimizing customer engagement.

Support Product Launches

Support product launches with effective marketing tactics, working closely with internal teams to ensure a successful launch.

Work with Internal Teams

Work closely with internal teams to develop promotional materials, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Analyze Market Data
