About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our multi-boutique studio team. As the leader of our studio, you will be responsible for driving strong financial results, developing a high-performing team, and delivering commercial excellence. You will be the face of our studio and will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Management & Promotion:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and studio growth.
- Establish and manage the studio's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Plan and execute events and marketing campaigns to maximize our exposure and attract new members.
People Management:
- Build, manage, and nurture a high-performing team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Support the Assistant Manager in managing direct reports, ensuring they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the studio's success.
Customer Service:
- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our members have a positive and engaging experience.
- Support your team in delivering a world-class experience to our members, resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
Sales Management:
- Drive a sales ethos to deliver targets and exceptional customer experience across the studio and its offerings.
- Coach the team to deliver on studio financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop strategies to engage members with ancillary service lines and establish relationships with relevant partners to enhance studio offerings and opportunities.
About You:
We are looking for a strong team leader with excellent communication skills, strategic, financial, and commercial acumen. You should be organized, hardworking, and attention to detail is essential. You should be motivated and driven, with a passion for fitness as a product and service.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in business management or a similar role.
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategy.
- Demonstrable experience managing a budget, tracking sales and costs.
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams.
