Royal Cargo LLC is a pioneering logistics service provider based in Dubai, seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its team as an Operation Executive - Air Freight. This role will complement the Sales Team and Operations Team, overseeing daily functions in logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support logistics activities related to customs clearance and recordkeeping requirements for timely billing.
  • Handle documentation and submission on E-Mirsal I, II, and E-Clearance Bill of Entry (Dubai Customs).
  • Coordinate and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
  • Verify documents received from customers and work with them to resolve any queries.
  • Prepare jobs in the ERP system according to documents received.
  • Verify document checklists to ensure all necessary documents are received.
  • Maintain accurate job records.
  • Upload documents on E-Mirsal and Calogi.

Requirements

  • Experience with documentation knowledge in a logistics or freight forwarding entity.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in documentation profile.
