The Human Resources Administrator will be assisting the Assistant Manager Human Resources and providing support for all employee-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing reports
- Working with our HR systems RAMCO and SAP
- Managing matters related to opening bank accounts for new employees
- Tracking residence visas
- Updating employees on all Human Resources-related matters
About You
The successful Human Resources Administrator candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role within a 5* hotel/resort and have a relevant bachelor's degree. Being proficient with MS Office is essential and having experience with HRMS such as SAP & RAMCO is extremely advantageous.
You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees' needs and be professional and well-groomed.
