We are seeking a skilled and courteous Bellman to join our team at Bulgari Resort Dubai. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing clear directions and information about property amenities and services.
  • Inform guests of local areas of interest and activities, and identify and explain room features to guests.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, recording advance transportation requests as necessary.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
