Document Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team at IIQAFGROUP. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, managing, and filing documents for our projects.
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in document management systems. The ideal candidate will have previous experience reviewing technical documents and be able to spot errors.
- Prepare and manage documents for projects
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards
- Coordinate the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management
- Basic knowledge of labour and corporate law
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
