Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant Receivable Specialist to join our team at TASC Outsourcing. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing complex accounts receivable processes and improving collection rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce bad debt
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff on accounts receivable procedures and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting accounts receivable
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts receivable processes and improving collection rates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or other relevant certifications
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounts receivable modules
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel
