We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Executive at Sundus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Sundus' products, including process flows and KPIs, as well as the long-term operational lease market.
- Customer Interface: Manage the interface between Sundus and our customers to ensure timely delivery of quotations, proposals, and presentations, as well as provide extra assistance as needed.
- Sales Growth: Successfully increase the penetration of leasing products and fleet management services into our customers' accounts, aligning with strategic account plans and company targets.
- Account Management: Develop and manage the adoption of new customer accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from the Business Development Manager account to a sales Consultant account.
- Account Receivable: Undertake a minimum level of Account Receivable responsibilities, proactively encouraging clients to pay their invoices on time and honour pass-on invoice obligations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the leasing industry and fleet management services.
