Key Responsibilities- Training and Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis across all functions to support and align to the evolving needs of the business.
- Product Training and Support: Work with the Specialist Product Trainer to deliver continuous product training and support new product launches across all categories.
- New Employee Onboarding: Induct new employees to ensure they are fully onboarded and aligned to Sanipex culture, DNA, and values, and deliver health and safety training.
- Career Development and Succession Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Talent Management on career development frameworks and succession planning to identify future leaders within the organization.
- Emiratisation Program: Drive the Emiratisation program in terms of designing and implementing career development programs.
This role is based in our Dubai Head Office and will involve travel across the business and internationally.
About YouYou will have over 8 years of experience in corporate training, showcasing a strong background in Learning and Development. You will have continuously updated your skills through courses, certifications, mentoring, and coaching. You will excel in delivering engaging training programs and possess excellent presentation skills. Your communication abilities will be top-notch, both written and verbal, enabling you to connect effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
You will be adept at managing multiple tasks under pressure, prioritizing and organizing your workload to meet deadlines consistently. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and ambition will drive your career growth, while your keen eye for talent will help you build and lead high-performing teams.
You will seamlessly adapt to diverse, intercultural environments, with strong listening skills and a swift understanding of our organizational culture. Results-oriented and target-driven, you will have the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make impactful contributions to our success.
