Requirements:

* UAE National with a Family Book as per government law.
* Deep personal and academic knowledge of UAE culture, history, customs, and traditions.
* Degree in a relevant field such as History, Cultural Studies, Sociology, or Business.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
* Fluency in English and Arabic – additional languages will be a plus.
* Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
* Experienced in a People and Culture role with deep understanding of Emiratisation culture.
