About the Role

  3. Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues, provide guidance, and ensure that construction projects are completed to the required standards.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to identify any defects, non-compliances, or safety hazards, and take corrective action as necessary.
  5. Compliance and Enforcement: Identify and report any violations of building regulations, codes, or approved plans, and work with relevant authorities to ensure compliance.

Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in building control, construction management, or a related field.

  3. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office packages, including AutoCAD.
